We Make It Easy

We want to make the planning process as straight forward and easy as possible.  You will get login information to your planning forms and your music selection tools immediately after you reserve the date.

Our Process

  1. Request Information
    Start by reaching out to us to check availability and learn more about our services.

  2. Reserve Your Date
    Pay a $200 retainer fee to secure your DJ and lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

  3. Access Your Planning & Payment Portal
    Once booked, you’ll get access to your personalized online portal. Here, you can make payments, manage timelines, and use our planning tools to customize your music and event details.  

  4. Schedule Your Final Meeting
    We’ll meet before your wedding to review every detail — from your timeline to song choices — so you can relax and enjoy your big day knowing everything is set.

  5. Enjoy Your Wedding Day                                                                                                      Your big day has finally arrived! With every detail planned in advance, you can relax and soak in the moment while we handle the music, announcements, and flow of the night. We’ll be by your side from start to finish, making sure everything runs seamlessly so you can focus on celebrating with your guests.
