Magic Mirror Photo Booth SMS Consent

Receive Your Photo by Text Message

Guests using the Magic Mirror Photo Booth at events hosted by First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis may choose to receive their photo by SMS text message.

Participation is completely voluntary.

How the SMS Photo Delivery Works

A guest takes photos using the Magic Mirror Photo Booth at an event.
After the photo session, the touchscreen asks whether the guest would like their photo sent to their phone.
The guest taps “Touch to Continue.”
The guest manually enters their mobile phone number on the on-screen keypad.
The system sends one automated SMS message containing a secure link to download their photo.

Before entering their phone number, the following disclosure appears on the booth screen:

“By entering your mobile number, you agree to receive a one-time automated SMS message from First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis containing a secure link to download your event photo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy at https://www.1stclassdjsindy.com/privacypolicy and Terms of Service at https://www.1stclassdjsindy.com/termsofservice.”

Message Frequency

Guests receive one text message per request containing their photo download link.

Messages are non-recurring and are sent only after a guest voluntarily enters their phone number at the photo booth.

Consent Requirements

Guests must personally enter their own mobile phone number on the booth touchscreen to receive their photo.

Phone numbers are not purchased, shared, or added to marketing lists.

No Marketing Messages

This SMS service is strictly transactional and is used only to deliver a requested photo link.
First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis does not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
