Welcome to First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including DJ services, lighting services, and our Magic Mirror Photo Booth.
By using our services or providing your information at an event, you agree to these terms.
1. Event Services
First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis provides professional DJ, lighting, and interactive photo booth services for weddings, private events, and corporate events.
All event services are subject to separate written service agreements signed by the booking client.
2. Magic Mirror Photo Booth & SMS Delivery
Guests who use our Magic Mirror Photo Booth may voluntarily enter their phone number to receive a digital copy of their photo via SMS.
By entering your phone number:

You consent to receive a one-time SMS message containing your photo link.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency is limited to one message per photo session.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

You may reply HELP for assistance.
Phone numbers collected for photo delivery are not used for promotional or marketing messaging unless separate explicit consent is provided.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

We reserve the right to refuse service if equipment is misused or damaged.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, and content associated with First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis remain the property of the Company.
Event photos remain the property of the event client unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Class Sound & Light of Indianapolis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (such as SMS delivery providers) to provide services. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party systems.
7. Changes to These Terms
